The 5-star Royal Sands Resort & Spa Cancun is set around a 10-minute ride from the night Coco Bongo Club. The resort features a la carte restaurant and karaoke bar on site and offers to take advantage of a fitness area.

The hotel had a fantastic view of the resort, beach, and ocean from our balcony, even though we didn't have a beachfront room. The beach was also beautiful and clean, perfect for walks. The hotel had multiple pools that were open until 10 pm and weren't crowded, providing a great place to relax. Additionally, the all-inclusive package provided worry-free meals and drinks for my family of five.
All was perfect.
We loved the location of this hotel. It was right on the main road, making it convenient for us to catch buses to explore the nightlife and go shopping. However, there was so much to do within the resort itself that we didn't even need to leave. They had a pharmacy and supermarket, as well as an activity center. The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful, especially Mr. Raffa, who provided us with valuable tips for our activities. The rooms were spacious, and although the normal rooms had two beds that needed to be put together, the villa option was amazing, with a king bed and a spacious living room with a large balcony.
Nothing to dislike.
The private beach and pool were incredible. I didn't need to bring my wallet since they provided a credit card bracelet. Everything was included, making it super convenient. The hotel staff was very accommodating, and the dinner choices were excellent. The bed and pillows were also really comfortable. I loved the two huge pools with swim-up bars and the option to grab delicious shrimp tacos. The buffet restaurant and the waitstaff were all very attentive. The hotel also had great transportation options, making it easy to explore the city. The spa was top-notch with a fantastic selection of services.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
